Site JS dynamic functionality is awesome.

1) I have a static homepage.
2) In project root, I create a folder: '.dymamic'
3) Inside that '.dynamic' folder I add a file 'test.js' with the counter code example from the Site JS docs: (sitejs.org/#dynamic-route-long) and save the file.
4) I go to `https://localhost/test` to find that the file has been auto-registered as a route with the same name as file name. 💚

Ooh, is that an alpha ARM64 build of Site.js running on the $200 PineBook Pro?

Why yes, yes I believe it is.

If any of you want to have a play:

wget -qO- sitejs.org/install | bash -s -- alpha

Thinking about trying to become a Last of Us part 2 speed runner. 🤔

Mastodon on mobile is absolutely gorgeous! Who needs an app!?!

@aral In Site JS. Say i'm working on my desktop and syncing to server.

Then I want to switch to start working from my laptop.

Would it be feasible to have a way to maybe "--sync-from". So it's kinda like a git pull for site js? (Given that the laptop's public key has been added to the server before hand)

GitHub's mysterious secret user repos:

github.com/muesli

Want your own profile to look like that? Just create a repository that matches your GitHub username and create a README there.

I want to share music I love with people online, but I don't wanna use surveillance companies (all known music vendors I think)

So I'm thinking of setting up an instance of Peertube, mirroring youtube songs I like, and sharing link to peertube version.

Thoughts?

Far Cry 6.

I'm pretty excited about this I wont lie. And yep - that is Gustavo Fring from Breaking Bad / Better Call Saul.

Just released Site.js version 14.1.1

Fixed HTTP → HTTPS redirects for global servers.

So if someone hits your site via HTTP, they will get redirected to HTTPS. Since your site uses HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS), any future HTTP requests will be forwarded to HTTPS by your browser.

Your production servers will auto update within the next six hours. To update now, ssh into your VPS and run:

site restart

Enjoy! :)

We cannot, as developers, and as users, trust Google with our data. We must boycott Google on every level. We must make an impact, even if it's slight.

I'm looking forward to having a good play around with Hugo static site generator. Nice that it comes bundled with Site JS too.

Finally moved my homepage over to using Site JS. Just need to begin moving all of the old posts over (with a temporary 4042302 redirect set up) 💚

Days Gone has been an absolute delight to play. And many times it has been terrifying.

Here, Deacon St John walks off into a snowy blizzard.

Gonna be moving my website over to site.js (sitejs.org/) soon. Can not wait. 😍

Also should hopefully have something cool to reveal relating to that too, soon. 💚

Hi @Gargron . I don't suppose you know where the default admin password is stored when using the Digital Ocean one-click install droplet?

We live in a world where Trump, Bolsonaro, Orbán, Duterte, Erdoğan, and Johnson lead nations. This is a damning indictment of hierarchical/centralised politics and governance structures. Unless we devolve our means of exercising political agency, expect more of the same.
